As good as Blomkamp undoubtedly is, he's a bit of a one trick pony. All of his movies that I've seen are about appartheid.
Segregation, racism, discrimination and inequality. It's like Nicola Sturgeon mentioning independence when talking about the price of milk or whatever, sometimes it's not relevant and ends up becoming laughable !
That said, I love Elysium
