Cheap Ink? (Sorry if in wrong place)

Hi all, I need cheap ink for Lexmark X83 printer.

Ink is :

High-Resolution Black Cartridge - PN 12A1970
High-Resolution Colour Cartridge - PN 15M0120

anyone know of cheapest place??

The cheapest bet is to sell the one you have and buy an Epson\Cannon\HP printer that you can buy compatibles for.

See what I mean? Compare those prices, you can almost buy a pack of 4 black + 4 colour Epson carts for the price of ONE Lexmark cart !

Why don't you buy one then? I suspect you wont think its so cheap when you have to buy original ink because you cant buy compatibles.

For that price you can get a top range Epson C80 -- I got one for £114 and a full set of compatibles (4 Cartridges as all the colours are seperate were £25 -- Dave

Theres a thread somewhere around here which spoke about these, i remember i think either me or someone else asking the same thing and someone recommended a certain brand which seemed ok with the printers. I know CHEAP or dodgy compatible cartridges can damage your print head and printer also void warrenty

I've been using compatibles for ages now and I use a lot -- Just finished a print job for a customer and used four Black in one go -- printers are cheap now even for the best ones they put the prices up on the cartridges to compensate -- Dave
