Trouble is there are loads of other sections to post in, If its funny it has to go in jokes and bitching, if its stupid it gets hossed, anything technical goes in one of the other sections. Even the picture threads got there own section now.
If there was a politics section the D&D would be nearly dead.
Why do threads get hossed from here if you are allowed to post any bo||ox?

thats a good point, but sometimes its because they could be deemed offensive (like cams room), sometimes its because they are a little too adult (like cj's "painters are in" theread) but mostly its because they are not just bollox, but complete and utter total bollox :D (like Lee Elwoods posts when he gets in pissed as a twat at the weekend) doesnt mean thay aren't funny or that people wont respond to them, i'd guess it just depends on the particular mods mood at the time.Quote:

I must admit, i've hos'd very few threads from the d&d (most seem to come from the console forums or spammers in buy,sell & trade or swapshop)

its not cause someone on your computer uses DF is it mate and voted before you come on?
nah I have tried voting in a few polls and I can't do any it says invalid link other people use this computer but i don't think there interested in df.

Good idea nokia mate I think I will do just that I managed to vote in one poll but even that didn't turn out right (that was before this invalid link business).
cant understand your problems m8, the forum is running smoothly (except the df$ bit), good to see you followed flips advice and posted it in the bug reports, hopefully someone will look at it for you, dumb though this sounds have you tried logging out (at the top) then going into your cookies folder and deleting your df cookies then come back and log in again (make sure that you have someones email addy just in case;))
i've heared that sometimes that works as the cookies can get buggy sometimes, also try coming out of hidden mode, dont think it should make any difference but it might, look for the trainers thread as that allows multiple voting

he went offline shortly after this was posted, i dont know who changed his status, but its accurate :D
but it has been suspected for a while, but no one bothered to check it up untill today (4me2 checked it out and got the ip's).
As i said, we dont object as long as we dont get a rerun of the previous episode that got him banned, after all it wasnt exactly a serious breach of the rules that got him banned, its those who commit a serious breach of the rules who we keep out (or at least do our best to).
