Trading and Few accounts, its not all that good, the most expensive players i need to get yet, but was on it a week early too

i have decided on 4312 formation and its working well (finished last cup on legendary)
my team is all pace ;)
i just got to the final of an online tournament but whoever i was playing was lagging to death on me never played a game so juddery, ended up getting beat 4-3
once i have this team sorted im gonna do an italian 1 too.

after losing 90% of my online games i came across the same problem as last year, my team are just utter shit, the better i make them the worse they play, they just dont look interested, made a post on EA site and no replys, then i googled around a bit and found a thread what says other people have this issue, they made silver teams and are destroying gold teams, YET AGAIN EA FAIL and the game does not work, when puyol 55 pace rated outsprints Martins (93 rated) you know there is something seriously wrong, i now have a Brasil/Serie A Silver team and the game is soooooo much better now, In the middle of making a MLS Pace abuse team too.
So far cost of best possible squad on silvers is 300k

my 86 rated team was utter shit, could barely put 2 passes together, so i read and read and people are cancelling it out
top tip, it can be cancelled out by putting the worst players on the bench, team is shared for Df ers, my bench has the worst players in the game
