trying to set up paypal payments on wordpress but its not working.
Think ive narrowed it down to the rest api not going live.
It has my paypal email wrong well a very old one that doesnt exist anymore even though i dont login with it.
Also do i need a privacy policy and user agreement url to get it to go live? ive so where could i get one from?
