Fuji Models - what's the difference?

Hi All,

I'm not pro when it comes to photography, in fact I'm more of a rookie.

We currently have a Fuji F70 point and shoot and are looking to replace it with something a little better because my wife dropped it.

We don't really want an SLR, but were thinking something with a bit more zoom than a compact.

We've been looking at the Fuji S1800 but when looking in stores they either have the S1850 or S1900.
I'm a bit confused as to why these other models are available as there doesn't appear to be any difference looking at the Fuji web site. Does anyone know if they're just newer models or is there a difference?

Also would anyone recomend these cameras, or recomend anything else in it's place.
