Post restriction

Hi ... Just curious under the Computer Workbench section I'm able to reply to post for PC Problems but not so for any
of the Windows rooms, does my level need to increase for me to be able to reply in those rooms ?

Did someone changed the site rooms ? I didn't notice before locks on the rooms icons . I'm pretty positive they weren't there before my last post, though I could be wrong ?
