Skybox Recovery Files, every toolkit should have this!

This file above is my recovery files which I use to fix the infamous LOAD errors on skyboxes and also the reset loop too, some copy boxes do not accept any firmware on a usb stick either but if you use the recovery method you can write ANY firmware directly onto the box ;).

please note that there are3 NO illegal files in this package, the package ONLY contains firmware to view FREESAT TV, the latest channel updates which are also legal and the actual recovery software.

to use these you will need an rs232 to usb lead which you can buy from any pc shop or ebay is best for pennies. once you have that you will be able to recover any skybox, just follow the instructions that I have put in the zip file. thanks.

must have a shit box try everything and it comes up with 093 e001 after ive reflashed the box am i doing something wrong ?
it seems to dl the file then flash it but it still comes up with E001:angry:

Never thought I'd need this, so never bought a modem cable like this. My box stuck on load cycle after being turned off for 4-5 days.

I presume the wiring on these is different to a standard VGA connector?

Had to order a cable on Ebay now, but doesn't help me for the United match later on!

Presume no known ways to flash via USB on the box?

Well that's me fucked. Thought I had a COMM port on the laptop, turns out I don't, it's a VGA monitor plug as it has three lines of pins!

Bit of long shot!, but are you using the right ac adapter? As that can affect them starting up if its the wrong voltage.
