Wonky task manager!

A few weeks ago, the window and options for my task manager just dissapeered! It DID look just like this one that I found a pic of-

But NOW it looks like this- The first time it happened I was stumped for a few seconds wondering how the hell I was going to exit out of the task manager itself untilI reaised I could just kill the process :)

What did I do and how do I fix it!? (I'm on vista if that makes a difference.)

..and view -> select columns will sort the 1st issue ;)

The menu bar on the task manager can be restored by double clicking the space between the list and the top of the window. ;)

Yeah, I kind of ponted out how easy my question was to answer with my second post ridiculing myself... Didn't I?
