Avatar probs

Just joined,tried uploading my avatar ,it says it's excepted it but theres no avatar showing on my posts.

yu used to need a certain number of posts before you could get an avatar, dont know if you still do though?

yes there is a limit, 10 posts, this makes 12, still nothing.
