Multi Vitamins
Hey,
For years, many many years, I have taken Centrum multi vitamins.
I am wondering if there is an alternative, supermarkets own, Holland & Barrett, that might be cheaper with just the same stuff inside.
Without standing in a supermarket looking like a potential shoplifter comparing them all, I was wondering of someone has already done the research in the past and can recommend something?
Many thanks.

Re: Multi Vitamins
Just had a quick look and Sainsburys Multi Vitamins have most of what the Centrum do but for a fraction of the price!
Might give them a go, I cannot see me feeling worse for taking them..

Re: Multi Vitamins
I use the tesco ones and there almost the same as centrum too.
Think they will all be just paying for a brand name really

Re: Multi Vitamins
I'm still not convinced by this "food grade" vitamin thing. At the end of the day it's a chemical, your body is going to interact with it in the same way. Now if it was in a gastro resistant capsule so stomach acid had no effect that might be different but it's the same as buying the 20p boots own ibuprofen vs named brands.
