Does weight training naturally increase testosterone levels?

don't know about the hairy birds bit - most hairy birds i see are minging as **** and defintely don't train whereas the ones that do are pretty much as fit as **** with no facial hair.

maybe gillette have a good market for the lady shave there then?

you can supplement with stuff like saw palmetto which is supposed to increase testostorone production
