Basic P4 Setup Suggestions

I'm setting up a PC for my Dad and was pondering on what setup to get. I have a P4 1.6 Chip allready. I need the following

Case
Mobo
Graffix Card
Memory


Monitor and peripherals, I allready have. I was thinking about the Abit BD7-II (non-raid) http://www.legionhardware.com/html/doc.php?id=176 . Anyone got this motherboard? All he'll be using is mainly Word, Excel, Publisher and a bit of web surfing. I ain't got a clue where to start with graffix cards.
