I need to update a theme but its not showing as an update in wordpress
I do have the updated theme but i dont want to be losing everything ive done or as its a private rental everyones details.
Ive read the help files for the themes update but how its telling me to install make me think it will be like a fresh install.
Can anyone help me?
Been a while since I used Wordpress and haven't got a site up and running for testing this so not got the help you need unfortunately, but cant stress enough the need to create a complete backup of the site and database before making any changes. At least then you can play around with it with the confidence that you can get back to where you were before you screwed it up. :) (">
