think it is an eeprom mate, most of the taxis out this way drive them and knock a few miles off when required, and that was straight from the drivers mouth,
Can you tell if the eeprom has been 'adjusted'? How can you buy a car and really know its true mileage?
No way of telling if its been adjusted. Providing that its not been a "monkey" soldering to the board,lol.
