Panasonic telly mains lead
So, I’m looking to wall mount my sexy new Panasonic 58DX750B.
Problem is, the supplied mains cable is too short.
Sourcing a 2 core mains cable isn’t the problem, the problem is the plastic clip connector that goes into the tv
and I’m pulling my hair out trying to find one. I can’t even find a single one (so I could fit one to each wire)
Attachment 30772.
Even talking to a couple of online cable specialists has drawn a blank.
There has to be a Molex, or Dupont clip out there that will do the job, surely?
Attachment 30773
I really want to keep the original cable intact, in case of any warranty issues further down the line.
Anyone have any advice/experience as to how to achieve what I want?
Attachment 30774
Thanks chaps
Re: Panasonic telly mains lead
This 'might' do it. Message the seller and ask to measure the pin distance.

I would say the power adaters for panny's are generic - although the one pictured above is only 2 core, this one is 3. But the clip is on the correct side and hopefully the middle will just fill the void?
Found this one too for a 32"

Almost, but the connector shown is slightly different to mine. Mine is hollow between the 2 pin sleeves. - Edit, just read all of your post. you may well be right bud. I'll message them too for pin distance :)
Re: Panasonic telly mains lead
Can you not just cut the wire just after the connector and attach your own wire from there, either by solder or a small male and female connector of your choice? Buy two though and reconnect the original if needed, I hardly think they're going to check inside the cover (assuming there is a cover over that)

Yes, there's a cover, held by a single screw. Your suggestion is an option, I agree, but if I was to splice/solder, I'd want it well away from the TV itself.
