Basic steps for cluster work on tutorial

hey there!

I am new and spent almost 2h on google and youtube to find a tutorial for basic steps on cluster work and there was not even one pic about this.
so I decided to make a tutorial with pics.
all I do I like to do professional.
there is only one part I do not understand and so I could not explain to others:
crystal oscillators...
why is it necessary to join them together and how would this be done correctly?
everything else I have done complete.
please help me to further support others.
