Just to warn members that if you get ripped off by any members of these forums it seems that you can not let other members know about it by posting on Digital forums.
One member posted a complaint about another and has got his posts deleted and himself banned, if his posts were bullshit then fair enough but if he did get ripped off then he should be allowed to say so.
Also if we cant complain on these forums about rip offs why have a scam busters section.

Because they were posted in the wrong sections before you start crying about it.
That's why I banned him, he posted in 3 different threads in 3 different sections but NOT the scam busters section.
Learn the facts before you mouth off.

Would it not have been easier for the mod/admin to just put the posters original complaint in the scambusters section, instead of him getting banned and members not knowing of the alleged scam?

I think we need to do something about those who let us down in the buy/sell section but I also think word gets about on the pm when someone gets scammed/let down etc and they are dealt with quickly enough on the quiet anyway.
i think the pount is missed here, he was not banned because he posted that he'd been ripped off, he was banned because having pm'd admin he made 2 posts both the same in two seperate sections of the board (both the wrong ones) he was then pm'd and told not to continue posting the same thing all over, which he did so he was banned like anyone else who spams the board, if he had posted in the scambusters section then its unlikely that he would have been banned.
That said i certainly would not object to a copy of his post being pasted into the CORRECT forum but only if the rest of admin think its ok, the person who did the ripping off has been warned not to trade again on these forums.
I hope that clears things up a bit, anyone who wants a paste of the original complaint can pm me and i'll pm it back to them so they can read it.

sanjuro, attacks like this are not needed on here, things often work slowly behind the scenes, things that you dont see, anyway to prove that we do not condone the kind of actions notified in the original post a copy of it has now been placed in the CORRECT forum with the consent of admin so everyone to read, we felt that despite the fact that the former member got himself banned for being stupid and ignoring admin/mods the information in his post was too important for all the members not to read so it can now be read here http://www.digital-forums.com/forum/...threadid=76524
