Need an alternative firewall tunnel

Hey Guys

i'm currently using Http-tunnel at work to bypass my firewall, which restricts my access to Port21, it works via Socks4 and works well but uses a 'free' server and therfore is very sllooowww.

Does anyone know of an alternative to Http-tunnel that will allow my PC to access any Port number for ftp downloads.
