are you the right weight?
im 6'2" and 15 stone so i need to lose 1/2 stone to be the perfect weight.
The trouble is those charts do not account for muscle mass, so if you got a big body builder on there for instance he would come out a obese. Im 12 3/4 stone at 5 11 1/2 so puts me ideal :)
i think it's meant for the average person not a body builder
I need to grow a bit to get to my ideal weight ;)
Hx
i reached my ideal weight once then totaly past it im 14st 9lb and im 5'11" does this mean im a fat knacker or can i get away with sayin im big boned ......:)
you are a fat knacker
**** me, that must be a load of shit. I'm 9 stone, but am definitely not 5ft 2!
I am more like 5' 10", but not sure exactly.

is that chart for yanks or something?:D

well according to the chart i am my ideal weight..........
but remember guys, its not what you weigh, its what you look like
you may be your ideal weight, but is it that fat arse belly that has got you there, while you walk around with legs like chickens and arms like pipe cleaners...
16St 2Lb 5'11" but I do prop for the local rugby team so don't think I should loose too much sleep over it.
XDam, can you extend the chart right a bit? I'm 6'4" and not listed :(

Looks like I will need to get into shape with Weightgain 4000!!!
Hmmm, I'm 5'9" and weigh 13-14 /stone depending on the day. I have a 32" waist so what's going wrong then!! I train three times a week but I've always (last couple of years) weghed at least 12 Stone. Any idea why my weight is so much?
I'm 19 stone, 6'7 and play rugby, why dont people make charts for folk like me?
Dont forget that muscle weighs heavier than fat, and the chart isnt designed for weightlifters and bodbuilders, oh and really tall rugby players :)Quote:
