99.9% of me thinks the guy is nuts and should never have been a councillor in the first place, but there is 0.1% that remembers the story of people being laughed at back in the 6th century BC for saying that the earth was round. I'm pretty sure that any aliens that have mastered the ability to travel vast distances to our planet would also have mastered the ability to remain undetected most of the time. Maybe we only get a momentary glimpse of them when the 10 amp fuse blows on their ships invisibility circuit. And just in case you're wondering how I know its a 10 amp fuse - Well just keep on wondering because that's just between me and interstellar flight captain Zogglof. (">Quote:
