Not being an expert on these things, but I'd say you need to read the spec for the mic input (Impedence/Signal level) if it's available and select based on that.
That it says mic +/- might indicate a condenser mic, because IIRC the other mic types are non-polarised.

I also think the same due to the polarisation markings, but no way of knowing until the board arrives i guess. Hopefully it will have a some information regarding this, otherwise ill just stick the meter on & see if there's an output voltage.

Board arrived this week and i connected it up this morning. It measures 2.5v on the mic output so looks like the eletret mic is the way to go.
Anyone else looking to buy one of these.. double check the wiring before powering up !
The Red wire was connected to the GRD, & the Black to the V+.. Dont know what twat wired that up !
