Following on from my mackerel thead, I thought it would be good for people to post foods that are genuinely healthy for you / brands of foods which contain no undesirables etc
Not talking about meal, talking about products in supermarkets in particular
I eat loads of Quorn. High protein and low fat. Mainly the fillets, pieces and mince.
Quorn isn't healthy. For one thing it's heavily processed. It also contains plenty of animal protein, namely egg white and protein from dairy products.

Pulses are always a good super food like butter beans and chick peas makes a awesome rice salad with said beans and fresh mint!
