Hello all, what is currently best way to activate a copy of Windows 7?
I'm struggling to find one that works for a pc of mine still running 7, after a recent mistake where i accidentally let it install the latest updates.
KMS tools, Microsoft toolkit and Windows loader all fail, even though they say they have been successful, i really don't want to have to do a re installation.

For less than £5 you can buy an activation key off ebay, I got fed up with hunting down a new activation tool for Office every time the updated and screwed it so got one off ebay.

Yes mate i did, i've actually solved it now using latest Microsoft toolkit, it was as easy as clicking 'Rearm' then activate, and it worked.Quote:

FYI for Office there is a new tool that downloads, converts and activates any version of Office called "OfficeRTool2018March13".

I have a PC running 7 ultimate and it has been flagged, KMS says it has an OEM key, it neds a GVLK key ???
There are toolz to convert the license type. Once it’s a volume license kms will activate it.Quote:
