T68 Mobile camera CommuniCam at £40, Not bad;)
It is the inferior MCA-10 (since upgraded by the MCA-20) but some of you may still be interested

by the way, whats inferior about it? as i havent had my t68 upgraded to t68i yet. whats the difference between the t68 and t68i (apart from the case and the crap battery on the t68i, i like the rubber non slip battery) if i get it upgraded do i still keep the same case or do i get that nasty sony ericsson silver thing?

You lose tetris for slightly faster t9 input and multimedia messaging services, and stuff like more free memory for picts and ringtones. Oh and I think java support for wap too.Quote:

Although SonyEricsson offically said there are no hardware differences between T68 and T68i, one of the chips on the PCB is different.. apparently T68i hardware runs a few (much needed) Mhz faster than a standard T68. Yeah you lose tetris, and gain a couple of crappy card games.. sux. Overall the T68i firmware is better though.. one of the main advantages being it give you a "My Pictures" folder so you can store/manage many pictures. I think the new MCA-20 uses the phones' TFT screen as a viewfinder, whereas the old MCA-10 does not.. kinda point guess& click with that one.. I'm gonna wait for a cheap MCA-20 instead I think.
after getting one of these beautys for £40 it say i need to setup the internet bit but as im not on dial up no more what do i do here ?

you got yours? i'm still waiting, and to make matters worse i ordered a load of other stuff at the same time, still they said upto 5 working days so they have time yet i suppose but 1st class doesnt usualy take this long :(
Ordered mine on 05/09/02 at 23:27 delivered this morning. Not yet had a chance to have a play though, will report back with my findings.
Turns out this company's service was excellent, i ordered it early in the morning on the 5th and they tried to deliver it on the 6th, but sadly the post offic couldnt be bothered to ring the bell, or even post a card telling me it had gone back to the depot.
I feel safe in recommending them (i also got my case for my 7650 from them, but the car charger and car kit were very poor quality, still for a tenner what did i expect)
It says £69.99 now not £40:(

FYI 3rd generation model out now, MCA-25
New features are zoom ability (yet!), and the lame ability to add special effects like bubbles to the photos from within the T68 GUI.
I'm in need of one now:( Didn't need one when the offer was on...
