Netintelligence is installed on all the free laptops for kids handed out earlier this year in the UK.
To disable it.
1. Download and run AutoRuns
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb963902.aspx
2. Delete the two references to c:\windows\system32\nihlsp.dll
3. Reboot
Job Done.
