I used to see a company called Glo-Marka at all the bike shows I ever went to.
Just did a quick google search, and there are loadsa links to suppliers, but can't find a web site.
They do all sorts of reflective stuff - dots, bandoliers, belt, signs - so I'm sure they'd do summat that you are after.
what size and what colour were you thinking of have you got a design you want i might be able to help with this one
