Im after some software which will update in real time 2 folders... the only ones I have come across so far are paid versions. Allway Sync is my favourite so far, but have to pay for it.

Dropbox? Used to use this in work and have a shared folder.
Also I believe google docs is similar.

no i mean two folders on a PC, one on C drive for tv series for Kodi, and the other an identical folder on a portable hard drive which i take to sea with me....
sync toy?
Try Dsynchronize (scroll down), it has realtime and I have used it in the past.
I use Resilio (use to be BitTorrent Sync) it is designed across networks but you should be able to sync between folders locally as well.
Scrap that, Resilio will not work on local drives :(Quote:

I was going to say Synctoy.. only minor point is it's not realtime but for a MS product it's not bad.
