Plenty of browser plugins available that should do it for you.
Are they not on Youtube? I have a Firefox plugin that rips Youtube video's really well.

This is not a Youtube video to capture this you need a Flash Recorder

I used to use this http://www.videohelp.com/tools/VideoCacheView but don't know if works with the latest version of Flash etc

Personally, I use URL Snooper 2 and use RTMPDump to rip them from the internet - if required.
