euro-vox maxv help

This 1 has got me beat

Put fix [UFL_MAX_V_30_11_08] on [euro-vox max v]done a factory default gave the box a full scan provider [54.01]
symbol rate [6.887] found [36 frequency] scan for [channals] no channels
found????? any info as to why no channels
[signal] it's [level 83%] [quality 81%]
and with a signal amplifier [level 92%] [quality 91%]
as said flash it with [UFL_MAX_V_30_11_08] and [UFL_MAX_V_Autosort_5_12_08] still nothing
any info on how to get round it.
