Personally, there is not a lot in them mate. It would probably go down to the tracks involved, so what ever you like best on the listings.
Try and get RB band in a box though...

For the track listing rock band, although I find guitar hero to be more challenging. If you are getting all the instruments then read the reviews online. I havn't bought them yet because I heard rock band drums were loud, the pedal breaks easily etc. I am waiting for rock band 2 instruments or rock revolution.

Just got back from my mates who has world tour and has the drums, bass, guitar and microphone. Was so fun and some great tracks on there.
We opted for World Tour in the end, had a quick blast and it is good fun.
