Instal Chrome on Work Laptop

My work laptop has a policy of some form set on it and I'm unable to install Chrome, each attempt to install fails with the EXE and MSI.

I got Firefox installed but each time I reboot its like a new install and asking to import bookmarks, etc.

Is there any way I can get Chrome installed? I have administration rights on the machine, the girl in IT that tried to help me couldn't figure it out so she gave me admin rights and asked to attempt it myself. I've got a genuine reason for the install work related but the IT Manager is having none of it.
