Android Casting App?

Hi

I’m looking for an android casting app that allows me to cast videos from my android device to my Samsung Smart TV with the ability to pause, stop, rewind and forward the video. I’ve tested a lot of casting apps and all they do is just cast the video without these functions.

Is there a casting app similar to the way Youtube android app that all you have to do is press the square TV icon and it simply casts the video and also allows me to the use the phone.

I don’t like to mirror from my phone to the TV because I can’t use the phone.

BubbleUpnp is the one I have used .... at the time it seemed the best but not tried it in a while.
