What bird is this?

Apologies for the video, I couldn't zoom in any further, but the audio works.

Been making a right racket this fucking thing, only ever heard one of them, so not a pair or anything.The bird was quite short with short wings that were frayed/jagged. It's face looked a bit rounded, but that's all I could see.

Never heard the sound before, any ideas?

Sounds like a juvenile begging, but I could be wrong.

Thanks, I posted elsewhere and after some debate between a juvenile owl and sparrowhawk, it was agreed as an Owl.
