Help Bathroom Panel heater electrical installatio question

So I have quite a large bathroom in a new build house. The developer for some weird reason only put a towel radiator in the room, which does fuck all to heat the room, and during the winter its bloomin freezing in there.

Ive bought a panel heater sufficient to heat the room, and its on its way. I want to install the panel heater in the location where the towel radiator is at the moment.

I have all the heaters in my house plugged into TP link WIFI sockets, and I want to do the same with this bathroom panel heater. However I know you cant have 3 pin UK sockets in a bathroom due to zoning requirements, not that im all that fussed about this...

My solution is to have the heater installed in the bathroom, and have the wiring go through the wall through a spur socket or something like this -

    or this...

, out into the hallway, where there will be a 3 pin socket I can put the TP link wifi timer on

Im not 100% sure if this is the correct way of doing it, ie into a spur, through the wall and into a 3 pin socket.....

    any suggestions?

I don't know if you have already installed it but it should be fine with a 13A. Double pole fused connection unit with flex outlet that you put link to connecting to spur socket in hallway
