Maps update on NavNgo iGO8

Hi,
Having a bit of trouble updating the maps on my NavNgo iGO8 sat nav. Following the link on the sat nav's screen to freemapsupdate.com I am presented with a page that has a link to "Common maps for GPS". When clicking on this download (I am trying to add the maps for Croatia) I find it has downloaded 4 files with extensions of .fda, .fjw, .fpa and .fsp. None of these files will open so I am at a loss how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.
