    Default Is the lawn dying?

About 3 months ago my son had a new lawn put down and asked me to keep an eye on it whilst he fucked off for the winter.

I must admit, I've not been round in 6 weeks, but it has rained a few times a week for the last few weeks.

What do you lot reckon to this lawn? Is it on it's way out? How do I treat this over the winter/frost months ahead?

Can you treat lawn over the winter months?

To be fair it looks to me to be in pretty good condition, was the turf only laid in the summer?

You can't lawn feed whilst it's raining I believe.

Wasn't sure if you could use products on it at this stage. Think I'll give that a go and some watering. Would like to see some green return. Thanks both just for second opinion.

    Looks fine to me m8

I'd go after the leaves if you get a few dry days together to firm up the turf enough to walk on it then put your feet up and leave it til spring and hit it with a seed weed n feed product then if need be.

Leaves went this morning, still very mushy underfoot at the moment, guess soil is still setting in.

'kin ell. I'd love a lawn like that. We had a lawn... then we got a Dachshund and the little cunt has destroyed it. As soon as the weather improves I'm putting a fence up and then I'm getting a Cud cutter, removing the old shite and laying some nice new turf... then I'm going to design some Nerf sentry guns to watch over it and as soon as our little cockwomble dog even thinks of going near the fence they'll shoot the little cunt with nerf darts!!!!

    Not our garden..... local park.
