Anyone every used a graphtec CE6000?

Im looking at buying a CE6000-40 just not ever seen anyone comment on one before.
Anything i should be aware of or avoid buying one altogether?


The machines £990 from mdp and i don't want to fork out that much money if it's a junk machine.

Never used one personally but Graphtec are a good make.

there a decent plotter, i opted for a £300 chinese one of ebay 3 years a go never had a problem other than it been noisy.
mdp are a decent company i use them for supplies and there plotter prices are quite good.

we use the FC8600-60, nice little cutter not sure how different from the model your getting though,

I have the Graphtec CE6000-60 and love it..I have used Roland before but I do like this a lot..got mine from MDP too, I got it with Pack A which included a stand and some vinyl, I am in Wrexham and they are based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate, went there for a bit of a heads up and they were more than happy to spend a few hours with me getting familiar with the machine.
results are very good and sharp, small lettering a breeze, quiet and speedy..use their own software or plugins for Illustrator and CorelDraw..

I have been using mdp for a while now and spent over £2k on vinyl with them over the last 12 months.
Only had one problem and that was with the courier not mdp.

They refunded me a tenner even though postage was free over £100.
So I have no problems with mdp and now I will be buying that shiny new machine for my desktop.
