Vintage Lens for Pentax

Bought a Vintage lens for the Pentax K30, I'm gonna have a go at going full manual, even using the aperture ring on the lens itself. This is a Chinon 50mm F1.9 lens. I took the photo using the Sony and standard 18-55 kit lens. I've found the Pentax range of cameras are very easy to setup with manual lenses. I've also ordered a cheapo 135mm F2.8 and a 75-210mm F2.8 lens to practice on.

I have a friend who has a converter for his 7d and he swears by these gets some top results with them, he picks them up at car boots for next to nothing.

I spend way to much money buying old film cameras and lenses from 2nd hand shops and car boot sales.

Shame I remember posting up an old Pentax ME Super and a Mamiya both from about 1982 with a few lenses and flashes a few years ago in BST, had no interest so gave to a charity shop

I wouldn't be surprised if loads of similar kit is still lurking in people's cupboards.
