Default Phone Divert options / SImple IVR

    Chaps,

Looking at getting a simple phone service setup that basically greets people with a press 1 for.. press 2 for.. etc.. with the underlying options being a divert to different numbers.

It feels this should be simple but not sure on the best way to go about it.

I use Voipfone for my phone and it has loads of options for stuff like this, although the menu options may only forward to extensions you have hosted on their platform. Their team are good to speak to so might be worth giving them a call or see if the chat facility is open for non-existing customers.

    Thanks to evilsatan

if you are looking for a DIY solution check out [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] you can get free incoming voip lines from sipgate and use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for outgoing calls.....

if you need more of a commercial solution post your requirements and line types ect....

    Thanks to Copex
