    Default Raspberry Pi Zero W

Anyone order the new zero yet? So it can sit in a drawer with all the other boards.
    https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/ras...-joins-family/

Today is Raspberry Pi’s fifth birthday: it’s five years since we launched the original Raspberry Pi, selling a hundred thousand units in the first day, and setting us on the road to a lifetime total (so far) of over twelve million units. To celebrate, we’re announcing a new product: meet Raspberry Pi Zero W, a new variant of Raspberry Pi Zero with wireless LAN and Bluetooth, priced at only $10.

You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Thank god they have added wireless to the zero. Always thought it was rushed to market without it but then they probably sold bucket loads of the zero and now those people will buy the zero w

You can pickup a usb wireless adapter for £2 so it's not the end of the world lol.

    Obviously better to be included

That is a question I would love to know also.
I bought a card with monitor mode for a Pi2 I am using as an Alarm device, it would be good if the W did this as I could hide it away a bit better.

The proof is in the trying. I have a W and will see if I can get it working.

    *EDIT*

If the Pi 3 is anything to go by then no it will not. However if you want to flash the firmware..
