    Is it you that lives near Morecambe? Is there still an old rundown building up there with battered wooden walls? If they are and you are, careful placement could make for real perspective...

    Great pics, I never realised that Hot Wheels had such a big following. I stumbled across a Youtube guy a few months called baremetalHW who restores them. Here's one of his latest restorations.

    ye i follow him,i just started collecting about 6 months ago,not had a hotwheel or matchbox for about 40 years+, now have over 200 + 40 other type of diecast
    mainly adults into them, if you go to the local supermarkets you tend to find that all the good stuff like Treasure hunts & super Treasure hunts have gone, the gas monkey corvet when released was very hard to get, turning up on fleebay for upto £25 each, not bad for a £1.30 toy

    depends on what you are into, pubs are good in the center of Durham some are full of students, Newcastle Quay Side Good Too. some really nice restaurants on the Quayside
