Elderly deaf man fined �85 for constantly playing porn too loud

An elderly man who struggles with his hearing has reportedly been fined �85 fine after continuously terrorising

his neighbours with loud porn.

The man, who has only been identified as a man over 75, allegedly made his neighbours’ lives hell by watching porn films with the volume turned all the way up at his home in Hennef, Germany.

His neighbours, a couple in their mid-sixties, said they had been so put off by the sexual noises from next door, they could no longer watch their favourite series in the afternoon.
They had already reached a settlement with the man in November 2015 before a district court in Bonn after the neighbours took the elderly pensioner to court.
The case saw hilarious scenes such as when the man said: ‘It was not porn, it was live!” as he had a pr0stitute over that day according to his calendar.

Following that case, the man was ordered to listen to music and porn only at normal volume and to ‘leave out noises of sexual acts’ otherwise a 500 euros (�422) fine would be imposed.

He remained quiet for a while but when the sex noises started again his neighbour dragged him back to court.
She said: ‘It was enough for me.’
According to the porn-loving pensioner his interest in porn and pr0stitutes started when his wife died.
He also denied listening to porn at full volume, saying: ‘You do not listen to porn movies that loud.’

He dismissed the judge’s advice to use headphones, saying: ‘I have two of them. But when I put it on, I do not hear the door bell. And I cannot hear burglars either.’
Judge Peter Buellesfeld, whose last case it was after 24 years of service, managed to reach a settlement between the two parties, ordering the man to pay 100 euros to the neighbours.
Buellesfeld advised the couple: ‘Use it for a nice dinner with your husband. And buy yourself some flowers.’
