The Russian Sleep Experiment

Anyone else heard of the Russian Sleep Experiments.
Labelled as a hoax and I would assume it most likely is.

Either way, whether you believe it (in some extent) to be based on some historical facts after reading it I think it would be one of the best stories for a horror film I have ever read.

Quite a bit of detail in the link above that make for quiet uncomfortable movie scenes . Personally would love to see it televised.

Any thoughts ?

Looks like the 2015 one in the link is a short and it is/was planned that all proceeds would go towards a 2017 full feature film. Google shows links to this in imdb but it just goes to a page not found so my guess is it flopped/didn't make any money etc

Yes guys thanks, found on youtube and gonna watch when the young uns go down. Even convinced the Mrs it is a good idea.

at 30 minutes I will hardly be upset if it is shit.

I would love to see a big budget production mind, just really like the story and the potential I think it could have on screen. Just don't let Uwe Bol get his hands on it ;-)

Just watched the short... Good acting and cinematography overall
Do you know what. It was fucking good . Hardly any shorts I liked but this came across as a teaser.
To be fair it had a few issues.

e.g. Original story was Russia, This claimed Russia but everyone had a German accent.
Also it had the cheesy
This = Zis
Mother = Muzza
There = Zere

But it was a little inconsistent

Overall a bloody good 25 minute teaser . Someone should really pick it up based on this.
