Heathrow Quieter Homes Scheme - What windows?

I had a sound survey done a week ago where a guy came to my house, set a db meter in the garden and set a few more up around the house. He then took all the recordings away and measured the difference between the inside and the outside.

As a result of the survey I've just had 2 companies around and they've recommended I have new windows, 2 x doors, 3 x ceilings and 3 aeropac ventilators (they don't offer air con anymore ) After next door being broken into I like the idea of having a more robust door.

Everything will be paid for by the scheme although the ceilings I have a budget of £2100 for each room and have to arrange that myself. I have to choose between the two companies. The only difference between the two is one will use Rehau windows and the other company use Eurocell.

Does anyone know what windows are better quality, Rehau or Eurocell?

Never had Eurocell but Rehau are ok windows/doors, not exactly top of the range but good. I looked at Eurosell website and they are big on recycling plastic, not sure if that means their frames are not virgin plastic, personally I want new stuff !
