Neighbours dog constantly barking

Neighbour has a Jack Russell and they leave it outside all day and all night. If the little cunt isn't barking they play The crazy frog song for their daughter.

I've mentioned it to him a few times and he takes no notice (about the dog, the poor little girl doesn't know how much we've suffered with this "song"). As I've put up with it for over a year and it pisses me off I've set up a pair of speakers in the garden and I'm blasting out a 12 hour loop of large dogs snarling and barking. Even better I think they are preparing for a BBQ at the moment

Report em to council. They give 1 warning (might vary from council to council). If it continues they provide monitoring equipment at your location and ask you to keep a diary. They are then warned again.
If they do not comply they will find themselves in court, big fines, removal of dog / sound making equipment in extreme cases etc

Constant noise makers without regard to others are proper cunts.

Yup, The in-laws were grassed up by the neighbours for treating their horrible yapping fucking cunt of a dog like a baby. It was smaller than a cat but would try attack everything in sight.
They ended up moving because of the complaint and threats of court action but sadly moved closer to us and brought the dog with them. It ended up that they took the nasty cunt everywhere they went so they could try control its barking. It was a nightmare. Lets just say I didn't shed too many tears when the vile creature had a heart attack.

I feel your pain, my neighbours have 3 kids under 6 and their moronic screaming is driving me insane. They can start at 7.00 in the morning, inc Sundays, and it can go on until 10pm. To make things worse, the old man has one of those Brian Blessed voices that sound like he's shouting every time he opens his mouth!
I sometimes think I will snap and do or say something I may regret.

I thought yesterday's angry dogs performance might have made a difference. Nope it was out in the garden yapping away at midnight. On to the council today.

yeah you cant blame the dog or kids for making noise, its all down the owner/parent

get on to the council and hopefully they will sort it, you will probably have to keep a noise log and they may give you some equipment to measure the noise, my parents went through the same thing but got no where sadly and ended up moving away a year later

I have this problem with my Bangladeshi neighbours, only difference is they start at 10pm and can go on until 3am.
I get on with them great but they think it's normal for kids to to play and scream in the early hours.
