After a bit of advice... I work for a massive pharmaceutical company and last week we had a routine visit from the HSE. Anyway, I was asked to speak to them and I was asked if I had any safety concerns. I gave an honest answer and was thanked for my honesty and sent on my way. The issues I raised are common knowledge and have been raised numerous times. Anyway, today I've got a letter, recorded delivery, asking me to attend a meeting with HR to discuss comments made to the HSE. Is this even legal? I was under the impression that you are protected in such circumstances? I haven't lied and the issues are common knowledge. I know I'm not going to be popular (among management anyway) but I'm not too fussed about that.

Thanks
