Think I have watched all the finding gold programs I find them strangely addictive and no matter how many things you have turn to shit or go wrong you just have to watch a few of these to see the fresh optimistic faces have their souls drained away week after week until they are totally broken to see it could be worse.

1. "Gold Rush White Water" (1 Season 8 Episodes) they seriously put themselves in danger !!
2. "Devils canyon" 1 Season 6 Episodes)
3. "Yukon Gold" (5 Seasons 50 Episodes)
4. "Jungle Gold" (2 Seasons 14 Episodes)

Watched all them apart from Devils canyon which I will now look up thanks, I have also watched Croc Gold which wasn't bad, not looked at Gold Rush: Parker's Trail yet as he's a bit of a cock and not sure I could put up with it just following him without Tony Beets keep cunting him. I did find Jungle gold to be a bit shit and mostly staged imho.

It's the narrating that really winds me up and they fill loads of gaps with "what if's" all the fucking time!

The Curse Of Oak Island really is starting to wind me up now ! almost 6 Seasons in and still no access to the so called money pit FFS ! every week I watch and hope that they finally get in there, if it truly does exist, it's almost like the TV Producers are milking it for all they can., I've even tried to find anything on the web to see if anything tangible has actually been found, but nothing ! I'm guessing that this is all pretty much up to date with whats going on ......

There was a small trace of gold on one of the drill bits from an earlier search back in the late 1800's I think, which is believed to be from the original money pit, unfortunately due to cave in and what appears to be booby trap flood tunnels it has been long lost ! The Lagina brothers, Marty and Rick are currently trying to find this original pit, and I have to say, seem to have very deep pockets !

+1 for Curse of Oak Island - I watched a few odd episodes in the USA last year then went back and watched it from the start of S1 - loving it, even though I suspect they won't find anything it's really interesting to hear all the different theories of Templar/Pirates/Mayans............ treasure.

Thanks for devils canyon never heard of it but just watched episode 1 and it's quite promising.

The thing that really pisses me off about all these gold shows is the repetition of content. Whenever there is an ad break in the US they seem to do a 30 second to 1 minute recap of footage you just watched. I suppose this is more obvious when watching it on plex
