    Question Buying from Gearbest

Anyone have experience buying from Gearbest

I'm thinking of buying a Smartwatch (No.1 G3+) and have 2 shipping options:-

    Registered Air Mail 15 - 28 business days £0.65
    or
Priority Line 7 - 15 business days FREE SHIPPING

How the fuck is free shipping faster? If I pick free shipping am I more likely to gut stung on import duty from China?

    Thanks

Ive bought from them loads, never had a problem.

Not bought expensive kit though, most was probably a cam for 30 quid in a single order...

    Thanks to Zippeyrude

Did you have different delivery options?

don't get the registered airmail options or anything like that just cheap and cheerful delivery because the others will catch the eye of the customs officers

Is their Priority Line the same as an ePacket?
I buy regularly from Fasttech and ePacket is the fastest at 7-15 days
(and labelled for the customs people so I've never had a customs charge)

ive mostly bought with their basic postage option. a couple of times i splashed out a few pence for quicker delivery. never had any issues, but as i said the items havent been expensive.

gearbest and banggood are an amazing place for geek retail therapy for a few pennies.

by the time the parcels arrive, youve forgotten what you bought and its a delight to open the 'mystery parcel', excitement like christmas for a few pennies... wonderful stuff !

    3 Thanks given to Zippeyrude

I bought a couple of Sonoff items from Banggood recently and they arrived fairly quickly and no issues with customs but were lower value. Great for when you aren't desperate for something as zippey says, feels like a surprise when you open it.

Have bought tonnes of stuff from them and aliexpress. Have often paid extra for faster shipping too.
The ONLY times I have been stung is when choosing DHL when it has been an option. You get stung 100% of the time with DHL imho.
    They are cunts too.

I've bought loads from them and you generally don't have a problem....until something goes wrong and you wish to reclaim, that's where the problems begin.
I understand and accept that some people hold opinions that are different to my own. Living in a free and democratic society, I fully embrace and respect their right to be wrong.
