Looking through some of our forums, what's the thought on amalgamating some of the less popular sub sections?

* Digital & Cable TV & Digital Satellite TV to be combined. Looking at the number of new threads in 2018 it's very low. Perhaps a "TV - Digital & Satellite " combined section.

* Combining the Consoles section. Creating Thread PREXIX tag with the name of the console? Again, number of new threads in some sub forums such as Nintendo DS, Old School Gaing are less than 5 this year. Puzzles & Stuff not had a post since September 17, as another example.

* Cameras and photography. talk about photographys last post was July 17, nearly 11 months ago, Could a refresh of these areas be looked at?

* Site critique, nothing for a few years, argument to just get rid ?

* Rhino bar - we're all too careful now (esp with some Mods about ;-p)) This could easily go.

* E Cigs - A year since a post in this one

* Tatts and body adaptations - approaching a year since a post in there. UFO section similar.
